There is nothing noted about the NY show, but I really can't imagine that they are going to play in that one place only. You have no idea what it was like to wait all day at work to be able to buy my tickets for the show at Lupo's and then to come home and find out that it was cancelled. I then called the Lupo's hotline (which I did not know I wasn't going to get a real person, just news on New Year's Eve!) and finally called good ole information to get the "real" number for Lupo's to find out the show is postponed. I then called the Avalon in Boston to see if it was the same situation there and was told that "Oh yes, the femmes are playing here next month..." When I questioned him, he gave me yet another toll call to make to the "next" headquarters where the tickets are sold. After listening to some woman talking too fast on a recording telling me that the femmes were listed to play on Feb. 24, I then tried to order tickets. What, I can't get tickets because they are not listed?????? So, beware everyone........If anyone finds anything out about this, please let me know. I'm quite frustrated at this point having gotten so excited about seeing them again!!!!! Hi Ron, see ya when they do finally make it to Providence!!!!! Holly hbedard -Pat. I still haven't had the time to try and fix the errors on the video, but I shall get onto it as soon as I get time off work. You may want to mention to people in the area that I will be distributing it to, that it will be on 2 videos, so the price may be higher for shipping. I'm also in the process of shifting into a new house and the videos are boxed up somewhere safe, so if there are any very eager people I wont be able to do anything about it to the end of the month probably, but I will try to make it sooner if possible. I am impressed with the depth of material on the video. If any Canadians are looking for a copy, please send them my way. The video is long ( 5+ hours) so it might take some time to get them out. The exact review just said, "This 20-cut live disc is a big, sloppy mess-but if were any slicker it just wouldn't be right. Extra points for the bass-in-your-face mix."
