on playing woodstock 99…and i was also wondering if the video

playing at Summerfest in Milwaukee. They’re not listed but all the
bands aren’t officially announced yet.

i am so mad that i missed to wetlands show!!!!! i don’t think any of
my friends were up to going and i didn’t really want to go by myself

Hello Everyone!!!!
In regard to Freak Magnet on e-bay for an obscene amount of money.
Don’t pay that!! I know that “we” all want that C.D., but, look
elsewhere for it. I just received my copy in the mail today. With
shipping I paid a total of $9.95. I had considered paying the e-bay
prices. I just thought that the amount of money was a bit ridiculous.
So, I searched the Internet until I found it for a reasonable amount. I
was certainly a bit skeptical when I found it for $6.99. But, many
e-mails later I decided that it wasn’t a scam. I don’t know if the
place I got it has more in stock or what. They deal in used C.d.’s.
Which I should add that the Freak Magnet I just received is in mint
condition!!!!!

There was one other thing that I wanted to tell you. In regard to Nick
coming out of the closet on the “Used to Be” ebay purchase:) According
to the Ebay User Agreement number 7……….No price manipulation:
Seller may not manipulate the price of their item, either by using a
shill(a secondary account or third party) or by bidding themselves.
Obviously, Nick would be considered a secondary account. I don’t blame
Nick at all for breaking the rules, but, just so you know, the
agreement that he had with the seller is against the rules of ebay.
Just wanted to answer that question for ya. Talk to ya later.

But the interesting thing is how does the seller get reimbursed for
the auction fees? claim the buyer defaulted and therefore pay NO fees?

I am really disappointed to hear that someone is rigging ebay. I count
on the auction service being reliable so that I can honestly get the
femmes stuff I want for the best price. When a person riggs it I
consider it a direct attack on the bank accounts of all ebay users.
That is an attack on property and as a student of philosophy I take that
very seriously (refer to Locke, 2nd Treatise). Our country was founded
on the belief that life, liberty, and property are all of equal
importance. So, Nick Parr when you rig the auction you are messing with
something as important as life and liberty. Please do not do it again.
I must admit I was tempted to use your post and turn you in to ebay.com,
but did not and won’t — just don’t do it again.

seller could obligate you to pay that $140.00? I hope he isn’t
scamming you.
