What, AGAIN nobody has much to say? Ok, time for me to think of some
topics. Jump in whenever the mood strikes you. hmm. Nobody’s talked
about dreams in awhile. If anybody has had a memorable VF related
dream, send it in. I’ll keep your email addy off if you’re too
embarassed to let everyone know who you are. Just let me know in the
body of the letter. How about this: have you ever had an embarassing
encounter with any of the band members? Don’t write in to say you had
nothing to say and you felt like an idiot; that happens to everyone.

woohoo!!! all I have to say!! the show at the Fillmore had to be the
best of the three times I’ve seen them. They played so many songs I’ve
never heard them play before and oh, they did it with such grace and
beauty! Gordon was soooo cute! The Horns of Dilemma were even there
and were pretty cool! anyway…the opening band was even good…El
Destroyo or something like that (a local SF band). The first opening
band I’ve ever been able to understand lyrics. Here’s the setlist in
the best order I can remember…
open Rejoice and Be Happy (where the hell is Freak Magnet!?)

okay…it was the best Violent Femmes show I’ve ever seen! probably
one of the better concerts I’ve ever seen too!

are caught selling their promos to another record store, or to people
they will be fired. This is checked up on, and people have been fired
in the past.
